Med lite mer studier bakom sig så skulle Pauline Kamusewu velat bli operasångerska eller jazzmadame. Tur för svensk musik att hon blev soulstjärna istället.
Solen skiner när Pauline tar emot oss i centrala Stockholm. Endast en diskret liten skylt på dörren skvallrar om att det faktiskt är ett hotell hon bor på. Men det är inte för att gömma sig som hon bor här, det är istället närheten till konsertlokalen som Pauline ska spela på under kvällen som avgjort valet av boende. Medan blåsten sprider löven på hotellets lilla innergård berättar Pauline lite om sig själv.

That is the shocking new that has reached everyone this morning. Two weeks before his tour was planned to start the king of pop is said to have passed away after suffering a major heart attack. The death of the 50 year old legend is unbelievable. More news to come. Sad, sad news.
Rest in peace Michael and thank you for the music.

British RnB singer Estelle will replace Lauryn Hill at this years Jazz Festival. Estelle shot to fame last year with the award-winning single "American Boy" where she sings the duet with Kanye West.
- It feels really nice that we have found a full-fledged replacement for Lauryn Hill, "says Gunnar Lagerman from Stockholm Jazz Festival.
Estelle plays Saturday July 18 at Skeppsholmen.
Maybe she’ll find a Swedish boy!
