For the crust
50 grams flat parsley
50 grams dried bread
½ cup finely chopped scallions
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 eggs
For the filling
6 large leaves of spinach, devain
½ a plantain
1 red capsicum, roasted and seeded
1 tsp thyme
5 grams honey
