Kop och ta hemDelicious authentic Caribbean style patties are a traditional speciality, hugely popular in the U.K are now available here in Sweden. The savoury short crust pastry is filled with meat, fish or vegetables and is cooked with a special blend of herbs and spices. Available baked and ready to serve, there are 8 varieties to choose from:

  • Vegetable - Vegetarian Society Approved (mixed vegetables)
  • Beef (minced beef filling with fresh garlic and peppers)
  • Halal Beef (minced beef filling with fresh garlic and peppers)
  • Lamb (minced lamb filling with fresh garlic and peppers)
  • Halal Lamb (minced lamb filling with fresh garlic and peppers)
  • Chicken (fresh chunks of chicken with ginger & onions)
  • Halal Chicken (fresh chunks of chicken with ginger & onions)
  • Saltfish (Specially prepared salted fish with onions and thyme)

Jamaican Patties

• Island Delight are market leaders in Caribbean patties (55% UK market)
• There are no G.M. ingredients, nuts or nut derivatives, artificial preservatives, colours or flavours.
• All meat is Halal. The only difference between Lamb or Halal Lamb for example is the wrapping. The product is identical.
• The highest percentages of consumers for Island Delight patties are White European.
Asian & Afro Caribbean consumers also account for a large percentage.

• Can be microwaved but is not recommended by us - for best results heat in a pre heated oven.
