Haitian born rapper Wyclef Jean is contemplating running for Haiti President in November. 37-year old Wyclef has been visiting and rasing money for his home country since the devastating January 12 earthquake and is extremely popular in Haiti where half of the population is under 21 years old. Actors who enter into politics is nothing new as the Guvornator and Reagen have proved. Candidates need to register before 7 August and whoever wins will face the enormous task of rebuilding a shattered country. Ready or not.... |
