 Ok, it’s official. 2009 will be remembered as the year of the comeback. This year we’ve seen the return of Swedish singers Pauline, Tityo and maybe Michael Jackson, whether MJ starts his planned shows is now a matter of debate. So Urbanlife wasn’t surprised to hear that the self-destructive soul singer Whitney Huston is also on the comeback. It’s been seven years since her last album "Just Whitney," but now Whitney has teamed up with singer Akon for her first single – Like I never left. Having sold over 170 million albums worldwide, Whitney now plans to release a new album on September 1, tentatively called ‘undefeated’. Whether the title refers to her career or the fights she had with Bobby is unclear. You can visit Whitney’s official site, WhitneyHouston.com, which will also preview-selected tracks.
