![]() In less than 3 months from their online debut, the UK’s first ever Black British comedy sitcom surpasses all expectations gaining over 300,000 views online on the official website and on Youtube. Meet the Adebanjos, which launched online on the 26th of June 2011 follows the comic mishaps of a Black British family living in London and is currently airing 3 episodes on their website. The comedy has clearly struck a chord with its fans who cannot seem to get enough. The show has proven to be a massive hit online and executive producer and creator Debra has vowed that they will not stop at 300,000 and aims to achieve 1 million hits within the next 3 months. “The response so far has been so overwhelming” says Debra. “We have been featured in the Metro Newspaper and The Voice, had interviews with BBC London and Scotland, countless radio interviews, top websites. We have also launched our special edition DVD boxset showcasing all seen and unseen episodes.
