Freakwincey was a band formed by Ray Billups in the mid '80's and heavily influenced by the funky sounds of George Clinton and James Brown. With a great, soulful backing track this tune from 1997 has to be one of the funniest videos so far on urbanlife.se! Go on, just try not to smile!
